Science tells us we look at our phones up to 85 times daily but hold our phones in a way that can cause up to 60 lbs (27kg) of strain on the neck. To get a feel for this, try strapping 4-6 medium size bowling balls to your head while looking down at your phone for 2 hours.

Posture is a screen overlay that sends you reminders if your holding your phone in a neck straining position, so that you can build the habit of viewing your phone at eye level.
How it works
Simply set the time interval to check your posture while phone is in use.
The app will run quietly in the background.
If your holding your phone in straining angle for your neck, the app. will remind you to bring your phone to eye level, helping you keep your spine and neck position in mind when using your phone :)
