A straightforward sound/voice recording application with a simple to-the-point user interface made keeping Material Design in mind.
ELCA Sound Recorder is designed to have a clean interface so as to make it appealing for you to use it. This is meant to be very light to keep the design as simple as possible so the features are to-the-point, meaning you wont have any overloaded features. Floating Action Button is the only button you will find in the UI to keep maintain a clean neat UI without overcrowded buttons.
Using the sound recorder is very simple.
All you have to do is tap to perform any action. For example:
- Simply tap the red record button to record and press again to stop.
- To play a recorded file, simply tap the recording in the list.
- To stop a playing recording, simply tap it again.
- To delete, share or rename a recording, simply tap and hold the recording.
The application currently uses Automatic Gain Control (AGC) that will auto adjust the recording volume. If you feel the recording volume is too low, try to start recording with a louder volume. In the coming update the application will change the way it processes the audio so it can support other formats like PCM/WAV and not just 3GP.
