Some launchers have both a free version and a pro version, application interface may support applying theme on one of the two versions, but you can always go to respective theme settings and apply theme from there.
For. eg. Like Holo Launcher has two versions, Normal and HD version. If you will try applying theme from theme dashboard, it will only support normal version but you can always apply theme even on HD version through the launcher settings.

In case the skin doesn't show up in UCCW app, grab the zip file from here https://www.mediafire.com/?dagkey3h3m29a23 , extract it and you will find all the 4 uzips in it which can be imported in UCCW and used.
