HOW IT WORKS

* Use your timers to stay focused: Throughout the week, spawn timers for your tasks to stay focused and your familiar will notify you when you're done.
* At the start of a new week, start fresh: Reset your progress, make any adjustments, and start fresh! If you didn't make your goals try again with a smaller duration or frequency. If you did, amp it up a little!
