Shortcuts is designated to help you access your favourite apps as quickly as possible from the notification area of the device.
You can access from 1 up to 7 applications (depends on your device) of your favourite from anywhere, any screen through the notification area . You can also set "Start on boot" option to automatically start the shortcut bar when device boot is completed.
This app requires Android 4.3 (API level 18) or higher and is primarily designed for Google Nexus devices.
