Divide Diary is a beautiful way to jot ideas/thoughts/feelings as they come to you.
We're trying to rethink the process of writing in a diary. Instead of spending 30 minutes at the end of each to write, we think writing in short spurts is better. By writing a quick entry in-the-moment, you more accurately capture your state of mind.
We have all these routines for physical health such as brushing your teeth, going to the gym, stretching after sitting at your desk for too long. But we really don't take care of our emotional health in the same way.
Cleaning your mind should also be part of your daily routine. Our minds hold thousands of thoughts and emotions at any given time. We believe that these thoughts should be written down as a way of filtering and flushing out what are often negative vibes.
Divide Diary is your personal space, your personal Twitter, for mentally dumping your thoughts. Writing out what's on your mind can help you understand why you feel so emotionally charged. Sometimes all it takes is to write down how you feel in order to understand why you feel the way that you do.
